I am a CRNA, and are 10 + hours a day in my job. I have been wearing Dansko clogs and Sanita until recently, when I heavy lateral (outside) developed foot pain. My orthopedic surgeon who recommended the actually buying the Skechers with the "rocker bottom" to my overpronation have (correctly, I is relatively flat bows). I also have degenerative disc disease in my spine. The wearing of the Shape Ups Skechers has definitely improved my posture and completely eliminated my foot pain.When I started, it must bear, I only wear them for a few hours at a time when both the manufacturer and my doctor recommended as the seesaw movement, a very different way to go. I was also careful to make sure that was the right fit, so I do not put more stress on my feet (when I first tried them on, it's how I felt needed a larger size, but after trying the larger size, I realized that my toes were where they should in the first, which I will be tried on. They run pretty true toSize.) It is a little leaflet and DVD tell you how to go to walk in them ... I recommend it to read first! I bought a pair for work and one for fitness walking. Since buying it I've noticed more and more of my surgical colleagues, only wearing Skechers Shape Ups. I can not imagine ever wearing a different shoe for work or on foot!
