The shoe is comfortable and stylish. Since I'm short I like the extra boost of height. I wore this shoe at Walt Disney world and I did a lot of walking. This shoe makes the back of your leg work a little harder to balance so you can strengthen your back muscles. But you still have to walk fast to get a good workout.
